We assist with all forms of advice, including due diligence advice, complex statutory matters, negotiations of Voluntary Planning Agreements (VPA) and approval strategies. 

We are specialists in SSD. We guide projects through the process, from preparing Scoping Reports,  Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and Response to Submissions. We are experts in working with the Department, State Design Review Panel (SDRP) and Independent Planning Commission (IPC).

We provide all planning services associated with Regional and Local Development Applications (DA).

We will guide the project from pre-DA meeting all the way to advocating for it at a Planning Panel. We prepare Statements of Environmental Effects (SEEs), Review of Environmental Effects (REFs), Plans of Management as well as Section 4.55 Modifications post approval.

Rezoning land is one of the most challenging aspects of the NSW planning system. We can assist with the whole Planning Proposal process from preparation of a Scoping Report, lead the all important liaison with Council (including assistance with VPAs), and prepare the Planning Proposal Report. We also can assist with Pre-Gateway and Gateway Reviews.

We specialise in the management of local, national, and international design competitions. We have unparalleled experience, and handle all aspects of the competition process from design excellence strategies, preparation of the Brief, managing Competitors and Jury, presentation days and selection, as well as managing Design Integrity Panels post decision.  

We provide planning services in the Land and Environment Court appeal process, including assistance with Section 34 negotiations, preparation of joint reports, and providing expert evidence at hearings.

Our years of experience and in-depth understanding of how planning works in practice allows us to meaningfully contribute to the research and formulation of local, regional and State policies.

We can assist with Local environmental studies, State significant site investigations, applications for site compatibility certificates, land use strategies as well as submissions on draft planning instruments, policies, regulations and legislation.

We can prepare Visual Impact and View Loss assessments to support planning applications. 

As NSW Police Safer by Design Course accredited CPTED assessors, we provide design advice and prepare CPTED Reports to support planning applications.
